vanPrice 2-day hand building workshop
September 18th & 19th, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Learn to make soft slab pillow boxes and firm slab pagoda style boxes. Over the two days of this hands-on workshop each students can expect to make one of each style box.
On the second day along with finishing your boxes you will make feet, handles and top notches as well as learn finishing techniques & glazes.
Fee: $85.00 includes all clay for the boxes.
Firing for your pieces can be scheduled on-site at an additional fee.

vanPrice 5-Day intensive hand building workshop
September 27th through October 1st
10:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily
This workshop will focus on construction of soft and firm slab built platters, vessels & containers with and without lids. We will also use Egyptian Paste to make brooches and beads.
Several wheel thrown vessels made by me will be made available for different glazes, firings and finishing techniques including high fired functional work, Saggar and Raku.
Fees: $700.00
Includes all clay and firings of works made during the workshop.
